Appointments:
To schedule an appointment with James River Ob/Gyn, please call 804.272.5508 or complete our online Request an Appointment form. If at any time you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 to 48 business hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee. We will be glad to reschedule your appointment at a more favorable time. We greatly appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to seeing you.
New Patient Forms:Once your initial appointment has been scheduled, you can preregister by going to the Patient Portal to access the patient forms. Please print and complete the forms prior to your arrival. This will help to speed up the new patient registration process and get you in to see the doctor faster!
